Job Summary:
The Network Services technician will be responsible for performing installation, configuration, upgrades and migrations of Oracle databases and Quantum Control server software, including all supporting framework as required for additionally licensed modules. The technician will also provide consulting services to customers as relates to upcoming or ongoing projects, and provide high-level, next-tier support for complex issues raised through the Technical Support department.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers to schedule and complete assigned projects in a timely manner
- Act as next-tier support for issues that Tech Support technicians need assistance with
- Coordinate with Sales team to identify and quote service requirements for upcoming projects
- Coordinate with Development team to identify and raise software issues and establish test environments as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency with and comprehensive understanding of how the Quantum Control application functions (6-12 months experience), including external framework necessary for Document Imaging, Event Manager, Analytics, Barcoding, Mobile Tech, Mobile Imaging, Mobile Warehouse and Quantum Dashboard modules
- Basic understanding of how Oracle database software functions
- Strong understanding of SQL and how Quantum tables are structured in an Oracle database
- Able to deploy and manage websites in IIS
- Must be available as next-tier support for issues that Tech Support technicians need assistance with
- Must be willing to work weekends or after-hours as needed
Compensation: $ 65,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD per year - dependent on experience
