Job Summary
The Department of Pathology at Michigan Medicine has an open Assistant Professor position to join our faculty in Ann Arbor, MI. The primary responsibilities will be in the areas of research, teaching, and institutional service/citizenship in the area of spatial transcriptomics and immunobiology. We expect the successful candidate, like all other faculty members with research programs, to generate NIH or comparable grant support to fund their research program. Successful candidate will be expected to draft, write, and edit scientific manuscripts for publishing in peer-reviewed journals. Act as a mentor to undergraduate, graduate students, and post-doctoral fellows rotating through the laboratory.

Required Qualifications*
This position requires PhD or MD/PhD, 3-5 years postdoctoral experience in biomedical engineering. The position also requires an excellent track record of publications in scientific peer-reviewed journals.
