This employee will work within the Business Office for the Wilson College of Textiles. Reporting to the support services associate, will assist in all PPE distribution tasks, including, but not limited to: stocking mask distribution points, refilling lab disinfectants, distribution of PPE kits to faculty, staff and graduate teaching assistants, recycling of PPE materials. In addition, they will assist in updating all COVID-19 signage, room occupancy tracking signs, and seating arrangements.

May be tasked to assist in packing or reorganizing office spaces for employee movements or construction projects and occasional furniture movement.
Minimum Experience/Education
Proficient use of standard office equipment, G-Suite products such as Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Department Required Skills
- Prior experience working in an office setting using the full suite of productivity software, calendaring and email tools.
– Demonstrated experience working in a positive collegial work environment where positive partnership is essential to success.
– Must be able to lift 75lbs.
