The Program Manager will provide administrative support to the team in several areas, including HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orientating and training employees
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results, coaching, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures
- Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, and analyzing variances
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to lead, manage and inspire staff
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
- Experience managing processes and promoting process improvement
