Reporting to the Dean of Engineering, Business and Information Technologies, the part-time Staff Assistant will perform multiple office tasks to support the administrative functions of the department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: provide front desk support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries; produce documents and materials for faculty and staff using office software; maintain office supplies; organize and manage filing systems and records; sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and visitors; and assist with various administrative tasks as needed. The incumbent selected will work up to 29 hours per week.
