Will be reporting to Bessy Cubias - this role is open due to a contractor leaving. Opportunity for a contract to hire role!
Will be a 100% onsite role in San Diego, CA - will have the opportunity to move to hybrid once out of training.
Daily Duties:
This is a Call Center role, so it involves handling inbound calls (approx. 30-50 per day) from providers, subscribers, and clients. Call average between 4-6 minutes and require documentation of each call.
This role requires being on phones in front of a computer monitors for most of the day, with a headset on. We're looking for a punctual and reliable team player who can easily adapt to change.
Will be using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams Word, printers, and internal CRMs - SalesLogix and DVCN - on a daily basis.
On-Site Dedicated Contact Center Representative with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Technically proficiency required in all computer areas such as Outlook, Internet, Excel, Windows explorer, phone systems, and contact management software.
Spanish speaking and dental office experience preferred.
Must be able to follow written instructions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls from and to plan members or plan providers applying advanced skills and procedures to provide a high level of value and service including taking enrollments, cancellations, complaints, and answering all questions. All calls must be recorded as instructed

Strong phone and communication skills (clear, concise, friendly, doesn't ruffle easily)
Strong writing skills as all activity is documented
Strong comfort level with technology as Principal and the position use many types of products and they are changing all the time. Must be able to navigate a PC operating system with ease.
Dependable - can be depended upon to show up on time and follow instructions
Strong Excel skills
