A bachelor’s degree
Experience:
5+ years of experience in an administrative position.
Except for qualifications established by law, additional related experience in which one has gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for full performance of the work of the job class may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis with 30 college credits being equivalent to one year of experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel, and written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with all constituents within a highly diverse university environment.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Attention to detail; can produce error-free work.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take the initiative to solve problems and deliver results without close supervision.
Preferences:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
