Your Role and Responsibilities:
As the Director of Nursing Education, you'll lead a dynamic team of educators and professionals, driving academic excellence and student satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Faculty Leadership: Guide and support our faculty members in curriculum development, classroom management, and maintaining the highest standards of education.
Student Engagement: Engage with students through interviews, orientations, and advisement, ensuring their successful progression towards graduation and licensure.
Administrative Excellence: Oversee administrative duties, student records, and program compliance, while participating in policy development and review.
Professional Development: Maintain and enhance your own professional competence, setting an example for continuous growth within our educational community.
Community Connection: Foster relationships with fellow campuses, industry bodies, and the state Board of Nursing to ensure our programs are aligned with industry trends and best practices.
Your Qualifications:
- Current unencumbered Registered Nursing license for the state of employment (California).
- Documented knowledge (coursework) and skills related to teaching adults, teaching methodology, curriculum development and evaluation, and administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience.
- Minimum of 3 years as a practical clinical nurse AND 1 years teaching nursing in a State-approved nursing education program at or above the level of program overseen.
- Meet all qualifications established by the Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
- Comply with regulatory and corporate qualifications.

Salary range from $140-$150,000 annually based on experience and education.
