We are seeking a Research Technologist who will work under the general supervision of a faculty investigator or laboratory supervisor.  Responsible for performing bioinformatic analyses of laboratory data from spatial and single cell technologies. Uses basic understanding of theory behind experiments and applies basic analytical skills to implement assigned projects. Identify and trouble-shoot situations needing special attention

Specific Duties & Responsibilities 

• Performs basic scientific methods, procedures and techniques.
• Performs bioinformatic analyses utilizing machine learning algorithms for,
• Cellavision images.
• Slide scanner images.
• Flow cytometry data.
• Laboratory data from spatial and single cell technologies.
• Microscopy obtained images

• Responsible for creating R Shiny and equivalent applications.

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry or related field.

• Some related post-undergraduate work experience.
