Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in San Diego, CA, Interested?

Here's what you'll do:

  • Entry level position responsible for carrying out routine tasks at a customer site including but not limited to, collection, laboratory glass washing, and restocking.
  • May support both GMP and Non-GMP laboratories.
  • Operates equipment related to processing of glassware.
  • Collects dirty glassware from laboratories throughout customer site
  • Distributes clean and sterile glassware to laboratories throughout customer site.
  • Maintains inventory of glassware and glass-washing supplies; orders and replaces items as needed.
  • May use specialized equipment such as autoclave.
  • Prepare solutions used in glassware processing.
  • Updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
  • Participates in Safety Activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems.
  • New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $ 24.31 /hr

Hours: 40 Hours/week

Length: Contract (6 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in GMP and Non-GMP laboratories.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in glass wash
  • Previous experience working in a Laboratory setting
  • Knowledge of scientific products and services
  • Conform to all customer requirements for background checks, health and safety issues, security clearances
  • Must be cognizant of and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills; display a professional can-do attitude
  • Perform duties with the highest regard for safety and quality
  • Must be flexible, motivated, and have the ability to act independently
  • Must be able to work in an independent manner
  • Must have the ability to understand, read, and write technical information
