The Senior Research Finance Analyst process a wide variety of post award management tasks while providing outstanding customer service to colleagues, and the research community, as well as facilitating the research administration effort within DFCI.

The Senior Research Finance Analyst takes on complex research portfolios. Mentors/trains junior analysts and provides leadership on ad-hoc or special projects, ensures best practices are followed and identifies new opportunities.

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business, Finance or similar required.
• Minimum Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in research administration in an academic setting
  (hospital, non-profit organization or university) required. Experience with grants regulations required.
• Experience with all types of award mechanisms, including grants, contracts, subcontracts, cooperative
  agreements.
• License/Certification/Registration: Certified Research Administrator (CRA) preferred.
