We are looking for a Product Marketing Director with experience in an enterprise software marketing environment. The role will have ownership over various product marketing functions and be a key influencer as we build a new go-to-market strategy and approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product marketing principles, demand generation process and best practices, excellent communication skills, a bias for action, and should be comfortable in an unstructured environment with the ability to be a leader and bring other team members along. This role involves working closely with product management, sales, and the broader marketing team to develop and execute strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • This role will have a large amount of influence on the creation of a new go-to- market strategy for Aya Healthcare
  • The role will have ownership over various product marketing functions including but not limited to:
    • Analyst relations
    • Developing customer references
    • Leading a Customer / Technology Advisory Board
  • Partnering closely with sales on sales enablement / sales training plan needs and schedule
  • Having a deep understanding of demand generation best practices and partnering closely with the digital and demand generation teams as they build out their ABM and omnichannel strategies, and also heavily influencing the creation of lead scoring, customer journeys and nurture streams
  • Spearheading efforts to programmatize and scale a competitive analysis function
  • Be the driver of an Integrated Marketing approach across the marketing team
  • Be a key stakeholder and influencer of market segment and analysis work as well as persona and ICP development

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in product marketing and demand generation roles
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Specific experience in most of the areas listed in "Key Responsibilities"
  • Have the ability to gain the trust and respect of key internal stakeholders and to quickly establish yourself as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in marketing and GTM best practices
  • A high degree of comfort leading cross functional teams and individuals
  • A huge ability to get stuff done. Results are mandatory!
  • Desire and ability to be a player/coach. We are looking for someone who can get a huge amount of work done while also coaching up team members around them and helping to exemplify the standard for whish how work will be handle and delivered by the product market team
  • Must be comfortable in ambiguous situations, making hard decisions, being an advocate for getting things done the right way with a large bias for action.
  • Proven ambition to move fast, have impact, and lead from the front.

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of$175,000 to $200,000.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
