Position Summary

Monroe County Community College is seeking a part-time instructor to teach Anatomy & Physiology II.

Essential Job Functions

This class is a blended course. Lectures will be in an all-online format. Some labs will be virtual and other labs will be face-to-face. Students will be required to meet with the instructor on-campus for labs on the following Fridays: 9/6, 9/20, 10/4, 10/18, 11/1, 11/15, and 12/6 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The course begins on 8/21 with the first in-person meeting on 9/6.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Biology with graduate coursework in one of the following subfields REQUIRED: anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, zoology OR a Master’s degree in any of these subfields OR a Master’s degree with 18 graduate credits in any of these subfields. Experience with online and other remote learning tools is needed for online teaching. Teaching experience preferred.
