Your Role

The Duals Outreach & Enrollment Manager is responsible for planning and executing beneficiary education, enrollment, community events, meetings, and conducting provider education and outreach for the purpose of growth and retention. The Duals Outreach & Enrollment Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Duals Outreach and Enrollment. In this role you will be responsible for presenting dual products to potential and existing members and providers and holding face-to-face meetings in group or individual settings including public places, homes, or other offices throughout San Diego County.

Your Work

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for educating potential and existing members on Dual Special Needs Plans in a variety of public and private settings
• Compare & contrast BSC products to prospects and members and competitors' products to develop leads and drive sales and retention
• Develop relationships with key influencers such as medical groups, providers, and Community Based Organizations
• Provide customer service support and assistance to rectify prospect, member, and provider service problems following enrollment
• Develop relationships with medical groups, doctor offices and other community-based organizations to develop sales distribution channels
• Make outbound calls daily to prospective members through various call campaigns
• Visit providers on a daily basis to ensure relevance and education in the community

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
• Medi-Cal and Medicare experience and knowledge required
• Knowledge and experience working with Providers required
• California State Health and Life License preferred
• Knowledge encompassing good grasp of concepts, practices and procedures in sales, marketing, outreach, and customer service

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is: $ 71280.00 to $ 99770.00 for California.
