The purpose is to conduct basic lab and greenhouse activities, such as making media, plating microorganisms, prepping microorganisms for long term storage, labeling samples and sample s, organizing sample numbers in an excel spreadsheet, measuring out seeds, filling pots with soil, and organization pots in greenhouse, all in accordance to the protocols created by the PI, Daisy Ahumada.
